Well, been awhile eh?, what 4-5 months now maybe 6. This has been a hot topic for half a year so i feel it needs some spicing up.
NOTE: This Guide Will Take Awhile To Complete And im No Where Near Finishing It So Check Back Every Once In Awhile For Updates And Other Things..

Assuming You Have The Following Lets Get Started
Step 1:
Download A Song Of Any Format Audacity Will Take (mp3. midi. wav. ect.) Check my Finding Music guide
Now that you have your song open it with Audacity...
Ok You See The Blue Track Lines Yet? Good..
Click The File.. Tab
And hit Export As Ogg Vorbis
Extract it To Your Desktop...
Now you have a
Song Of Your Choice.ogg
Good You Will Need it
Moving On Next You Need To Open Freetar Editor And Open Up The .OGG we just made.
Now Comes The Adoring Part....
You See That Play Button At The Bottom Right Well Your Guess is As Good As Mine But You Might Need My
Freetar Guide First!
Ok So Hit Play And Format Your Song...
dunudndundudnudnudndunudnudnun WAHHHH!
Ok All Done Cool
Your Not Done Yet... Click The File tab
And Click Save As....
Save it As
SONG NAME HERE on the Desktop
Now comes the Fun Part!
Open Up Your Converter Or the Webpage...
And Browse For Your Song File You Just Made..
Hit Ok...
A Box Will Come Up Telling You To Open/Save/Cancel
Hit SAVE
And Once again Desktop..Now You Have Your
notes.mid file
Now Right Click Your Desktop..
And make A New File
Stick your guitar.ogg
and your notes.mid in there
Open your hard drive and go to my computer and go to your frets on fire files and open data then songs
and stick the folder in there...
Open up frets on fire and hit Song Editor and choose the guitar.ogg for both instrument and song tracks..
now name the song whatever you want (the songs name is best)
and hit the spacebar when the notes thing pops up..
hit a couple of notes before hiting escape once and save your song...
After this close FoF and open the Frets on fire folder again opening data/songs/
In there now should be your song you just made replace the Notes.mid with the one
You made in Freetar
and your song is done
now go Jam To Your Song in FoF...

1. The Fret Buttons Are 1-5 On your Keyboard...
You Push These As The Song Goes According ToWhat You
Want You Song's Notes To Be Like...
2. To Make An Extended or Note You Need To Click On The Note And Go To The Edit Tab And Click Increase Duration Or Hit (ctrl+right)-(ctrl+left) Is Decreasing...
3. To Make A Chord You Need To Click On The Note(s) And Then Click Edit And Hit Move Forward-Backwards, Or The Right And Left Arrow Keys... And line The Notes Up.
Thats all I can Think Of For Now..

To Find A Good Source Of Songs The Following Method Is Very Usefull (this is the method i use so..)

Go to www.google.com/ Once There Do A Search For
index of: mp3 (You Can Also Use .wav or anything else...) Click on A Link And Search Through The Bands/Songs
When You Find One You Like Right Click It And Chose
Save Target As...
And Save it To Your Desktop...
Ok Listen To it To Get The Feel Of The Song If You Wish..

2.Download The Templates From LINK COMING
3. Open The Templates Up In Paint.net And Draw On Them...

I was getting annoyed at how the Guitar.ogg and Song.ogg overlap and give a poor quality sound so I was messing around with Audacity when i had an idea...
Step 1:
Get A Guitar.ogg and copy it
Rename The Copy: Song.ogg
Step 2:
Open your Guitar.ogg with Audacity...
Step 3
Take your mouse and click and hold the blue part all the way to left then while holding move over to the right you will have selected it..
Step 4
Now you will see the song in the player with blue audio tracks and stuff....
Click On The
GENERATE TAB
And Hit Silence
You will see one line in place of your song track..
Step 5
Well now click on File Tab And Hit
Export As OGG VORBIS
Save it to your desktop or somethen...
Step 6
Replace your old Guitar.ogg
With the new one....
and WaLah..
Have fun...
This is the best sound quality you can get out of FoF Without Finding the seperate Tracks...

Next Thing We Need Is Good Ole "Audacity"
So Open it Up...
Step 4:
Set Your Mic Right Next To Your Guitar...
Step 5:
Hit Record On Audacity...
Step 6:
FREAKIN JAM!
[Note]: I Havent Tested This Yet My Mic Is Broke...Lol, So Someone Else Would test This Method...
